anything that justin does is pure gold. but, like beyonce, this second solo album makes you forget he even had the first one. he once again gets some help from master producer timbaland (some would say he's the real genius between the two) and from other notable talents today... case in point: My Love. he collaborated with T.I. on this one and it proved to be one of the best songs on the album. What Goes Around, Comes Around is the first song justin wrote and produced with timbaland. it's not about him, guys. he wrote it for a friend who had that experience... my most favorite song, Lovestoned (I Think She Knows) is one of the best. i have to say that he's outdone himself on this song because if you listen to it, the beginning is really groovy, but the second part, blew me away. it was the transition from dance to ballad that caught me. Sexy Back was the first single off of the album and the one that got me hooked and made me take notice. the lyrics and the beat gets you down and makes you want more. that's what this album does, it makes you want more... Damn Girl, his collaboration with B.E.P. member Will.I.Am succeeds in introducing jazzy hiphop to the mix. it reminded me a lot of senorita for some reason. Summer Love is this cutesy, artsy, sort of NSYNC-y take on young love. starts off in a rappish kind of way but delivers the message solidly. Surprised me, actually. never thought i'd like it, but i loved it ;) Sexy Ladies makes you want to turn up the volume loud and louder. reminds me A LOT of prince!!! another winner! Come Back To Me is another collaboration and is the most dramatic his album got. loved it again! ;) Chop Me Up would have to be the one little trip up in the album, but even that doesn't affect the overall outcome of my rating. OK, i'm biased, so sue me! HEHE! bottomline: GEDDIT WHILE IT'S HOTT!!! H-O-T-T. HOTT!
